The staff member who served me was amazing I was on crutches and she offered to bring my drink over for me and even when she came to check on me I put another drink order and all I had to do was pay before I left. Food was great and came fairly quickly
Started out well, we were a large party and were given our own alcove which after moving a couple of tables was perfect. Bar was friendly and helpful so we all settled down for our meal. The service was quick and again helpful but the food was awful. A number of dishes got sent back and those of us who ate what we'd been served found it either extremely greasy or over sloppy. I'm sure we were just unlucky as we have eaten in green king restaurants before and enjoyed the food, It was not the case yesterday. Sorry
A group of us (pensioners) regularly visit for a week day lunch. The staff are friendly and courteous with good service. The food is value for money, no complaints there. It’s our favourite pub in the area.
