About This Pub
You know, chatting about the Centurion Inn in Bath, it's one of those places that just feels like a proper local gem – think warm vibes and that family-run charm that makes you want to stick around for another round. The staff are absolutely brilliant, always up for a chat and making sure everyone's having a laugh, while the drinks are spot on with great value and a solid beer selection that'll please any ale enthusiast. If you're up for some games, the pool and darts setup is spot on for a casual night, and don't miss the stunning views from the balcony; it's a real treat on a sunny evening. They've even got options for food and it's dog-friendly, which is handy if you're out with your pup. On the flip side, it's a shame it's closed on Tuesdays and the hours lean towards evenings, so it might not suit everyone, and being unclaimed could mean it's not as quick to respond to any niggles. All in all, it's a top spot for a relaxed catch-up with friends, but just keep those timings in mind for the best experience.

Family run venue with very good value drinks. Great atmosphere and a perfect go to for a game of pool or darts and a pint!
Super friendly! Lovely view from the balcony 😍 also dog friendly. 🐕
I'm from the Philippines I come here with my husband from Sourhdown in Bath . I'm always made very welcome by the landlord Marshall and we enjoy the pool table, giant connect 4 game and views from the big windows on the front . My husband says the beer is good I like the cocktails! The centurion is one of the best bars
Big sports TV, pool tables, darts, great beer selection, food available, I picked up Crisps Artois here, the amazing landlord saved them for me! Recommended.
Friendly and amazing pub in Bath - you can get the 5 bus from the centre which stops just outside.
Amazing views from the huge windows out the front too.
Traditional pub in a grade 2 listed building! Unbelievable but it is true. A cool terrace, massive TV for sports. Two pool tables! Stunning views out of the huge windows at the front. Great prices. Large beer selection . Even food is served, pies and Mac n cheese! Absolutely love it here and I don't live that locally but I try to visit whenever I can!
There's a bus stop very close to the pub with buses from the city centre and university
