About This Pub
Ah, Centro Lounge – it's one of those places that just feels like a proper gem in Loughborough, you know? From what I've gathered, the food is spot on, with all-day menus that cater to everyone, whether you're after a hearty burger, some tasty tapas, or even vegan options. The staff really shine too; they're quick to sort out any blunders and keep things cheerful, which makes for a welcoming vibe, especially if you're popping in with the dog or the family. Those deals like Cheeky Mondays are an absolute winner for getting more bang for your buck. On the flip side, it can feel a bit steep price-wise, and I've heard tales of the occasional order mix-up or dishes that don't quite live up to expectations, like a panini that left someone wanting more. Still, with its handy spot near the cinema and that cosy, over-the-top decor, it's worth a visit if you're after a laid-back spot to unwind – just maybe go on a quieter day to avoid the crowds!

Cons
-
It can be a tad on the pricey side, so you might want to keep an eye on the bill if you're planning a regular visit.

Not every dish hits the mark – some folks have found certain items like paninis underwhelming compared to the hype.
-
With its popularity, it gets quite busy, which might mean waits for tables or food during peak times.

Stopped off to try somewhere new and we're happy we did. The Food here was top notch, the drinks were decent and the staff were friendly throughout. It was on the slightly pricier side but worth the money and expected for the better quality. Can't complain, would recommend.
Also, dog friendly which is always a plus.
Absolutely love this place. Always bang on and staff always friendly. It was extra busy with 2 large tables and they accidentally gave our order to one of them but they delt with the situation really professionally, kept us well communicated with the situation and fixed it really quickly. Love this place
You just lost 2 regulars who used to spend £60-80 a month with you. We walked in yesterday, ordered food (the app wasnt working) and waited 30 minutes for lounge breakfast and red potatoe chips. The food arrived and we were quickly told that they are closing in 10 minutes. Why did they not point it out when ordering food? and if it wasn't for the long wait, that would be plenty of time to eat. Worse still, my chips were completely burnt, I looked for one that wasn't but they were inedible. Perhaps you employed wrong people but anyone with common sense knows enough what burnt food looks like and knows NOT to serve that. Very disappointed as it was my weekly destination in the town centre. We will not be going back or bringing friends here any more. Train the staff and ask them to not run away once they announce something, so that complaints can be handled there and then, not resulting in online reviews (which also take time). Just awful.
Excellent food....We had the Rump steaks....they were cooked to perfection! Service was on point, nice chilled atmosphere...will deffo be back to check out their breakfast.
I had the tuna panini melt with chips, and my nephew had fish finger and chips off the children's menu. The meal for two was under £15, but I wasn't overly impressed with the panini.
The children's meal was very good, and the hummus and breadsticks with carrots is a nice touch.
I've been to 43 lounges, and this one ranks outside of my Top Twenty.
Pleasant service and clean throughout 👌
