About This Pub
Ah, Cassio Lounge – it's one of those places in Watford that just feels like a breath of fresh air when you step inside. I've got to say, the staff really make it shine; they're so polite and eager to lend a hand, which always puts me in a great mood right from the off. The atmosphere is light and airy, with that eclectic decor mixing things up nicely, and it's wonderfully family-oriented with bits and bobs for the kids, plus it's fully accessible for wheelchairs, which is a big plus for everyone. The food menu is packed with tempting choices, from hearty breakfasts to burgers that hit the spot, and those deals like Tapas Tuesdays or the Cocktail Club are absolute bargains that make popping in even more appealing. On the flip side, while the grub is solid, it doesn't always reach that 'must-have-again' level for some, and it can get a bit lively with the crowds, so if you're after a quiet nook, you might need to time it right. All in all, it's a solid choice for a casual get-together – I'd recommend giving it a go for the welcoming vibes and value, but keep your expectations realistic for the food.
Pros and Cons

-
It's super clean and well-maintained, with a fresh, presentable vibe that keeps everything looking top-notch.
-
Loads of family-friendly touches, like toys, books, and even a spot for local mum's groups, making it brilliant for a relaxed day out with the little ones.
-
The food is spot on – fresh, delicious options like English breakfasts and burgers, plus great deals such as Tapas Tuesdays to keep things affordable and fun.
-
Wheelchair accessible with plenty of space, and handy ordering via QR code, which makes grabbing a bite or drink a breeze.
Cons
-
Some folks find the food and cocktails just decent rather than standout, so it might not wow you enough for a repeat trip if you're after something extraordinary.
-
It can get quite bustling, especially on the High Street, which might feel a bit overwhelming on busier days.
-
The operating hours seem a tad confusing from what I've seen, so it's worth double-checking to avoid any surprises when you're planning a visit.

Very clean, staff very polite. Lots of room for my wheelchair and very very child friendly. They have a large table in the middle for the children with pens/paper, toys books etc.
They have a local mum's group that meets up there.
The food was amazing
Great prices
I liked it here! The food was great!
I had the English Breakfast and it was fresh and delicious, I highly recommend it.
You can order food to your table by scanning a QR code, which is really convenient and nice. (also can order at the bar). Food arrived relatively quickly, in 15 mins or so.
There is a free water dispenser with either room temperature or iced water, which is really nice. There are some glasses to the side of it that you can fill up.
I didn't interact much with staff but when they brought the food they were super friendly and nice.
The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Overall really liked it here and would come back again if I'm in the area.
One of the most bustling eateries on the High Street. The ambience is great with an eclectic mix of Mediterranean and modern decor. The armchairs interspersed with the regular tables give a great atmosphere. The food and cocktails are decent but nothing to prompt another visit. The food which appeared on the table did not seem to be of the same nature as described on the menu. For example the birria tacos had a tiny cup for the dipping sauce.
I been to this place couple of time. I love vibe of the place. Idea for friends and family gathering to enjoy drinks and food.
The entire lounge always stay clean and presentable. Staff members are welcoming to guest. Always happy to help customers.
Been Cassio lounge a few times. Never had a bad experience here and the food has always been good quality. The inside of the lounge is always clean and presentable and the staff are always polite and on hand to help with any question.
Latest visit I tried the chicken bacon & Avacado burger and it was fantastic. The tapas plates are also very good and worth the price.
