We walked in on a whim for my friends birthday and requested to do the axe throwing. We weren’t told of any non refundable policy so when two of our members had to leave before the axe throwing, only then were we told it was non refundable (not sure why-we only booked one lane so it’s not like they’re losing out on and entire party of people participating) and that we could either get a voucher or a bar tab. These two friends live in MK and there’s not one there so that was pointless. After much debate with two managers, and having pointed out that them “assuming” we’d know about the policy (because apparently we are psychic) and me arguing that they should have mentioned it when we went to book, we opted for the bar tab. We managed to get 3 drinks on a £28 bar tab. 😳 It’s WAY overpriced in there and is run by people who have no idea what they’re doing. In addition to allllll this, our axe throwing was late starting because they “forgot” to get us to sign a waiver prior to the axe throwing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ so we all had to queue up and spend time sorting that out before we could start-and we didn’t get that time back at the end. It was a joke from start to finish quite frankly and really disappointing for my friends birthday. 100% would NOT recommend.

Returned to Watford and once again Rachel was bossing it! Can see why she is a supervisor professional with the perfect amount of customer focus. Janice was great behind the bar, banter and service was on point, definitely coming back great night without a doubt

A super fun afternoon spent with friends. This was a great place to come to in the afternoon with the kids (aged 8 -12). We booked the pool table, virtual darts and shuffleboard and both the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. A fun day out for both the kids and adults at this place.

The service was excellent at all times, and the games were perfect for sharing with friends. I want to give a special shout-out to Nipuna and Javier, who were absolutely amazing with us. Totally recommended!

Had an amazing night in Boom, great service from bartenders Javier and Amber. Atmosphere was great. And games hosts Sienna and Matthew were amazing and so friendly. Big shout out to Rachael and her dance moves too! Would definitely recommend coming here for a fun night with friends.
