About This Pub
Ah, let me tell you about the Brownhill Arms – it's one of those cosy spots in Blackburn that really captures the spirit of a traditional community pub. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the staff are just brilliant, always up for a chat and making sure everyone feels included, which really sets the tone for a great night out. There's always something on, like the popular quiz nights or live entertainment, and it's fantastic for families or if you're popping in with your dog for a relaxed afternoon. The drinks selection is spot on too, with everything from top-notch cask ales to a variety of spirits, and that beer garden is perfect for soaking up the sun when the weather plays ball. On the flip side, it's a cash-only place, so you'll need to plan ahead and hit the ATM first, and if you're not from the area, it might take a bit of navigating to find. All in all, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening with mates or a special occasion – I'd say give it a go if you're after that genuine pub feel without any pretence.

Had a fantastic evening on St. Patrick's Day. The atmosphere was buzzing, the music was great and the staff were brilliant and very friendly. Top night, I will definitely be going again.
My favourite pub by far, all the staff, patrons, and their pooches are friendly. Never a dull moment here! Fantastic live music on throughout the year (check poster) and a great selection of drinks! Highly recommend!
Very well run by Beryl lovely host always welcoming great atmosphere
Fantastic pub, couple who run the place are excellent, lovely friendly staff, who have already got my drinks round down pat ( San Miguel and a dry white wine),. Just seen a review by a Beckie Power awful review, now everybody is entitled to their opinion, but if what you say is true why is the establishment this busy.
I really liked this place. Plenty of space and a good set of magazines etc if you want a read with a pint. Sports Tv if you want it and a pool table. The don't take cards though so can only, there is a cash machine around the corner two minutes. Quite big Gin selection.
