About This Pub

Oh, Bayley's of Bromsgrove is just lovely, isn't it? From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, it's a proper gem for anyone who appreciates a good craft beer – they've got an impressive lineup, especially those tangy sour beers that leave you wanting more. The staff are absolute stars, always so welcoming and efficient, which really adds to the chilled-out atmosphere where you can pop in for a natter with mates. And don't overlook the coffee; it's spot on, paired with some delicious pastries and slices that make for a perfect afternoon treat. Prices are fair too, so you get great value without any surprises. On the flip side, it's only open five days a week, so you'll need to check the timings to avoid disappointment, and if you're hoping for a full pub meal, it might not quite deliver beyond the snacks. All in all, it's a solid choice for a casual pint or coffee in Bromsgrove, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • Fantastic selection of craft beers, especially the sour ones that really hit the spot
  • Friendly and professional staff who make you feel right at home
  • Relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a good chat over drinks
  • Decent coffee and some scrumptious pastries and slices to enjoy alongside
  • Good value for money with fair prices that won't break the bank
Cons
  • Only open five days a week, which might not suit everyone’s schedule
  • Seems more focused on beers and coffee rather than a full range of meals, so it might feel a bit limited if you're after a hearty dinner

This is a real gem of a bar. Amazing selection of craft beers- especially impressed with the sour beers theyve got. Good prices, compared with what's out there and really friendly staff. The coffee is also pretty decent.

A great place to meet and have their wonderful coffee. We had some scrumptious slices to accompany the drinks. I also had an almond croissant that was the most wonderful pastry I've ever had.

I visit Bayley's regularly with my husband. Sometimes on our own but more often with friends. We love the place. The staff are friendly and professional. Table service is fast and efficient. I tend to stick to the spirits but for those who enjoy different beers and IPAs there is plenty of choice. They recently let us book out the smaller half of the venue for my husband's birthday. Again they looked after us very well. I look forward to many more nights out here. Tip - book a table on line - they are often busy so if you want a seat it is best to book.

Had takeaway coffee and brownies - brownies were delicious, fair price, good size and great decadent flavours. The staff were friendly, and the cafe felt inviting and fun. Looking forward to going back for drinks and exploring the ipa and cocktail selections!
