We have been here a few times now, never had any problems food is always amazing and staff are always so friendly. My little one has allergies and I know we can come here and they always ensure she has the correct meal and the allergans are not on her plate. They are ways happy and nothing is ever to much trouble. They always make us feel welcome and speak to my little one also who can be shy. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, thank you for taking your time our of your busy day to make eating out so special, you all work so hard 💕
If you want bad quality stone cold food this is definitely the place. Staff should be working at Karen’s restaurant all look so un happy rude and not willing to resolve a complaint unless they can microwave it 😂😂

Life saver as a Monday babysitter. Always there, reliable and ready. Nice clean friendly place. Great in quiet times for my 2 year old.
Been twice for breakfast, first time was great, second time the chef didn't know how to heat the holindase sauce so it split, half the menu was off so things needed to be substituted, we don't mind as we have worked in F&B before and know how busy things can get. But the staff were rude when bringing over drinks and did not seem to care about the disabled toilets being trashed and it was more of a problem than anything that they had to go sort it. Disability pull cord tied out of reach too. And as a person with disabilities this is not good customer service.
