About This Pub

Ah, the Aeronaut – what a spot for a lively evening out! From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got this incredible entertainment lineup, like their circus shows and themed nights that had folks raving about the talented performers and fun vibes. I love how it's got plenty of room to spread out, with a huge garden that's kitted out with heaters, making it ideal for a pint al fresco even when the weather's a bit nippy. The music's spot on too, and it's not overcrowded on weekdays, so you can actually hear yourself think while catching up with mates. Prices seem fair, which is always a plus. But, let's be honest, it's not all perfect – a few people had a tough time with the online ordering and table service, with one wait stretching to an hour, which could spoil the fun. And with no specific hours available and it possibly being closed right now, you'd want to double-check before heading over. Overall, it's a solid choice for a good laugh and some entertainment, as long as you're prepared for the odd hiccup – I'd say give it a go if you're up for something a bit different in London.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The entertainment is absolutely brilliant, with fantastic circus shows and themed nights that really make for a memorable evening.
  • It's got a cracking atmosphere – very cool and welcoming, perfect for a fun night out with friends.
  • Loads of space inside and out, including a massive garden with heaters for those chillier evenings, so you can enjoy the outdoors even in autumn.
  • Not too hectic on weekdays, which means you can have a proper chat without shouting over the crowd.
  • Prices are spot on – average and fair for what you get, making it accessible for a good time without breaking the bank.
  • The music's great both inside and outside, adding to that lively vibe.
Cons
  • The online ordering and table service can be a right faff, with one experience taking over an hour, which puts a dampener on things.
  • Event tickets aren't cheap – around £33 a pop – so it might not suit if you're on a tight budget.
  • No clear operating hours listed, and it seems like it might be closed at the moment, which could be a hassle if you're planning a visit.
  • A couple of reviews mentioned service hiccups, so it might not always run as smoothly as you'd hope.

The entertainment was fab. Went on the Halloween theme night on Sat. Favourite acts were the last two, but wouldn't want to do spoilers for those that wanted to see it in person! Great show to go to. Tickets costs around £33 but went with a massive group. I had the beast mode burger for food but I know the chicken dish was much tastier. Drinks prices were OK and for 3 alcoholic drinks spent around £20.

CIRCUS, CIRCUS, CIRCUS!!! Event at the Aeronaut, What a discovery!! Probably one of the best kept secrets in London nightlife. I was invited by a dear friend to the Aeronaut in Acton to see The Circus, Circus, Circus event, a regular show that is hosted by the extremely talented "Misty" an incredible singer and funny as F%&@ master of ceremonies I wasn't really sure what to expect, but Misty introduced a wide range of unique acts and performers, jugglers, acrobats, contortionist, burlesque dancers, sword swallowers and acts that I cannot even begin describe to you what they do, but each and everyone was just a 10/10 for performance and entertainment. Sometimes dark and off-the-wall, sometimes funny, sometimes shocking and unexpected, but always entertaining. A small and intimate venue that always seems much bigger than it really is. You will not be disappointed, a great night out.

Week 2: the booze tube ,around our world on a freedom pass: Measures are 25ml or 50ml so English Isobella was a great host she made us very welcome ,this pub is closer to the equator than our home in Finchley so we had to take off our coats as it was hot. A circus theme to the place ,we tried to dogem but got caught and had to pay the bill Isobella chose our next station on the random app, hello Wimbledon park !

Amazing, huge pub to go to. Loads of seats, very cool atmosphere. Massive garden 🪴 outside sitting area. Heaters do great outside during colder days. Nice music inside and outside. Not busy during week time so can have chill time easily without raising voice while talking. Prices are average and that’s great 😃 as the place is nicer than most of other pubs. Definitely will visit again later on spring time 👍🏻

The Aeronaut is a very unique venue. The vibe is awesome and the circus show was really great. The performer's are so skilled and talented. We had a great experience and time there. Only major negative thing that was really bad was the online order system and table service. It took one hour for us to receive our food!?! Other people arrived after us and got there orders way before us. I had to ask the venue host to check and he took our order down again manually to help which was very nice of him, but still it took a while after that for the food to come. I timed it. It took almost 1 hour 25mins to get food to us. It was mega long, my partner and I were so hungry. That was the only major negative with the place. Regarding the food it was very high quality and tasty when it did come. I highly recommend this venue, but they need to improve the table service system.
