About This Pub
Ah, Winsor House Brewers Fayre – it's one of those reliable spots in Beckton that I've popped into a few times, and I have to say, it has that comforting pub feel without trying too hard. The location's a real plus; it's just a stone's throw from the DLR Station, so it's perfect if you're out and about in London and fancy a quick stop for some grub. I loved the menu – it's got everything from hearty breakfasts to new lunch specials like the Grilled Chicken Caesar Flatbread, all at prices that won't break the bank, especially with those £5 mains during the week. The food portions are generous, and things like the smothered chicken or the Sunday carvery with its juicy meats make for a satisfying meal. Plus, the team behind the bar are so approachable and speedy with service, which always brightens up the visit, whether you're there for a family dinner or just to catch the footy in their lively atmosphere. On the flip side, it does get a tad chaotic at peak times, with the noise making it hard to have a proper chinwag, and I've heard a few grumbles about certain dishes not quite hitting the spot, like that underwhelming prawn cocktail. All in all, though, it's a solid choice for us pub enthusiasts – affordable, welcoming, and with enough going on to keep things interesting, even if it's not the flashiest place around. I'd say give it a go if you're in the area; you might just find your new local haunt.

Cons
-
It can get a bit noisy in the main areas, though there are some quieter spots if you look around.
-
Some dishes might not quite live up to expectations, like the prawn cocktail that had barely any prawns in it.
-
With an overall rating around 3.6, it's clear that while it's good for many, it doesn't wow everyone, so experiences can vary.

A convenient place to come and have some classic pub meals located in very close distance to Beckton DLR Station. The menu is varied and reasonable, food was very good and generous portions and staff were very friendly plus good and fast service. Can be a bit noisy but quieter seating areas were available. The only one downside was the refillable drinks machine did not work to well and all drinks where mostly flat. Other than that all very good and recommend for a reasonable good pub meal and that is easy to get to.
Very warm welcome and service from all the staff that served us.i ordered the food at the bar both times and we did not wait long for it to arrive. The smothered chicken meal was tasty, everything was cooked nicely and the new York banoffee cheese cake was perfect.very nice experience and good view outside from our table.
Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Or even a quick drink. Their beer garden is big and great for sunny days 🌞
We were in London for the weekend and called in on the chance of a meal and the staff were very friendly and helpful plus the food was excellent and good value
Great service from friendly staff. We had our Christmas drinks and meal there.
Francesca and the team were amazing.
We had the Christmas menu..
Only negative was the Prawn cocktail had hardly any prawns and they was
the really tiny ones.
But barring that two courses were great value for money
