About This Pub
Ah, Three Piers Cookhouse + Pub in Blackpool – it's one of those places that just warms you up from the moment you step in. I've got to say, the food really steals the show; whether it's their breakfasts or those new lunch dishes like the fish pie fishcake, everything comes out looking and tasting spot on, with portions that leave you satisfied without breaking the bank. The team there are an absolute delight, always chatting and making sure you're looked after, which adds that personal touch you don't always get elsewhere. It's perfectly placed near the pier and tram, so it's ideal for a quick stop after a day out, and the cosy decor makes it feel like a proper local hangout. On the flip side, it does get packed during busy periods, so you might end up queuing or needing to book, and if you're in the mood for something beyond traditional pub nosh, it could feel a bit standard. All in all, though, it's a solid choice for a relaxed catch-up over good food and drinks – I'd pop in without hesitation if you're in the area!
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food here is absolutely brilliant – think tasty pub grub like grilled chicken Caesar flatbread and melt-in-the-middle fish pie, all well-presented and generous with portions, especially at those lunchtime deals starting from just £5.
-
Service is top-notch; the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, with mentions of folks like Tom and Becki creating personal touches that really make a visit special.
-
It's in a cracking spot right opposite Blackpool North Pier, near all the main attractions and even a tram stop, making it dead convenient for a bite after exploring.
-
The atmosphere is lovely and cosy, with great decor that makes it feel welcoming for everything from a quick meal to celebrating with mates or family.
-
Value for money is spot on, particularly with options to add starters or desserts for a song, and it's open most of the day for breakfast through to evening drinks.
Cons
-
It can get quite busy, especially in peak times or near the attractions, so you might want to book ahead to avoid any disappointment with waits.
-
The menu sticks to classic pub fare, which is great if that's your thing, but if you're after something a bit more adventurous or exotic, it might not hit the mark.
-
With moderate prices, it's not the cheapest spot in Blackpool, so if you're on a tight budget, you might find other options that are a tad more wallet-friendly.

Came here for dinner on both occasions whilst on a little trip away with my recently widowed Nan and partner, the food was really great and well presented, the service was fantastic and really but the cherry on top for the break that’s coming to an end, would like to thank Tom for making the experience the best he could for us and all the other customers surrounding. Real asset to your business. Thankyou cookhouse&pub Blackpool
We have come here many times to celebrate special days with friends and family and every single time we are amazed with the staff! It’s such a personal experience!
Twice now we have been in for birthdays where the staff especially Becki have gone out of their way with their own money and gotten a birthday card and gift 🥰
Like who does that these days?!! The kindness is unmatched and honestly she made our day twice over now!!
We will continue to come here not just for the beautiful food but more so for the wonderful staff you employ!!
Becki needs some kind of kindness award 💖 people like her change the course of people’s days!! What a wonderful human being!!!

We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we came back three days in a row! The food was excellent, with generous portion sizes at great prices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasure. Highly recommend the burger—it was absolutely delicious! Plus, the tram stop right outside makes it super convenient after a long day of exploring. A must-visit spot!
Food is really lovely , infact for the price you can not complain at all!
Service is absolutely amazing, my parent fell due to the wind today just outside this place , they were very concerned and caring, kept coming and checking on them regular , nothing was trouble for them. Becky, the waitress is amazing !
Well done to you all
5/5 as was well impressed with everything here. Lovely atmosphere, staff and servers were super helpful, brilliant decor inside, very cosy and most of all, the food was absolutely top drawer. Meats were cooked to perfection, skin on chips were delicious, decent portion sizes and one of the best menus I have seen. Very underrated establishment in Blackpool.
