Very nice. Good menu, quick service. Pleasant atmosphere. The only issue was the sticky table - probably the cleaning solution not anything unpleasant, but sticky is not a good feature.

Had a spot of light lunch and a few drinks (non alcoholic) whilst waiting for my car to be serviced at the nearby Volkswagen garage. It's set on the main road but has a lovely outdoor area as well as plenty of space inside. Was pleasantly surprised with how busy it was on a Monday lunchtime! The staff are absolutely lovely and very polite / attentive. Really clean environment - including the toilets which were spotless. The food was really fresh, incredibly tasty and good value. It's a greene king so you know that the drinks are going to be cheap but they were still nice. Overall I was really satisfied with the experience and I look forward to coming back and trying some more of the menu.

Nice local Hungry Horse, busy Friday and half-term so expected little wait for food, but portions were good and food came in good time .. sizzler was bit cold not really any 'sizzler sizzle' and onions+peppers were soggy felt had just steamed, and veggie burger pattie was cold too so little disappointed with mains! sharing starters of onion rings and nachos were good .. needed a bit more spice but were given a peri sauce when asked. Service was mixed, ordering at the bar was quick and efficient, when we asked a server for help to clean our table member of staff came and was bit grumpy to clean it, and was left with previous customers food bits just swept onto carpet and sticky table which was not cool! also we ordered a round of extra drinks during the meal using the table App, but again the server who delivered the drinks got items wrong and then grumpy to rectify and no smiles or apologies! Overall decent pub grub for a Hungry Horse, but service and mains lacking a bit which is a shame as I travel and visit many Greene King pubs and do enjoy a Horse Menu too for a Friday night meal out.

Tbh, i was a bit apprehensive about visiting here after a disappointing visit years ago however, i can totally recommend. The food was great, super prices, good service. See you tomorrow for Sunday lunch!

This pub is epic. The staff are brilliant, the atmosphere is great, and the food is amazing? Got an over 18's area so you can have a chilled pint without kids running around, with 2 pool tables and a dart board and a decent beer garden at the front and back. There's also a family area. Large TV's everywhere with all types of sports on and all major football matches. Great pub
