About This Pub
Ah, The Victoria Inn, what a lovely little find! From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got that perfect pub feel where you walk in and instantly feel at ease, thanks to the friendly faces behind the bar and the quirky bits and bobs dotted around the place. Folks have raved about the gorgeous beers and how clean everything is – I mean, who knew pub toilets could be a highlight? It's got a great beer garden for those sunny days, and being inexpensive means you can settle in for a few without worrying about the tab. On the flip side, it's a shame there's no website to browse for more info, and the varying opening times might catch you out if you're planning ahead. All in all, if you're after a proper, heartfelt pub experience in Falkirk, this one's worth seeking out – just pop in and see for yourself; you might end up chatting with the landlord like old mates!
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The atmosphere is absolutely brilliant – it's warm, welcoming, and full of quirky decor that makes you feel right at home.
-
The staff are top-notch; they're friendly and make you feel like a regular from the get-go, as mentioned in several reviews.
-
They've got a great selection of beers, lagers, and spirits, plus proper bar snacks that hit the spot.
-
It's spotlessly clean, with the toilets being a standout – better than some fancy hotels, apparently!
-
There's a lovely beer garden, perfect for a relaxed afternoon, and it's family-friendly too.
-
Prices are inexpensive, so you can enjoy a pint without breaking the bank.
-
It's open seven days a week, with flexible hours around midday, making it easy to pop in whenever.
Cons
-
No website means it's a bit tricky to check out the details online before you visit, so you might have to rely on word of mouth or Google.
-
The operating hours listed seem a tad confusing with multiple entries, which could leave you unsure about exact closing times.
-
Being in a smaller spot like Carronshore, it might not be the easiest to get to if you're not local, though there's parking nearby.

Fantastic pub and very welcoming. Would highly recommend 👌
Stumbled on this gem of a pub whilst in Falkirk for a couple of days.
We met the landlord Gordon and his lovely wife.
The pub is full of odd bits and bobs throughout. What a collection.
Low and behold, we bumped into Gordon the following night in sports bar! What a great bloke!
Highly recommend the Victoria Inn!
The pub has the best toilets I've ever been in!

This pub is welcoming, clean, beautifully decorated, serves gorgeous beer and has THE best toilets of any pub I’ve ever seen. In fact better than many 4 star hotels! Lovely surprise find.
This place gives 100% atmosphere which is what you want on a Friday evening wind down. Just a beer and really enjoyed it. Thanks for being so friendly - staff and punters alike.
Parking outside or across the road. Quirky with pool tables, offers a good selection of lagers and spirits with Cale Best bitter.
A true quality pub. Make the effort to visit
this place as not many real pubs as good as this left. Friendly welcoming people, good beer and proper bar snacks. Great beer garden for the kids too.
