About This Pub
Ah, The Bluebell Inn – it's one of those classic local pubs that really hits the spot for a relaxed evening out. From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got this lovely, welcoming vibe where the staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease, and it's dead handy if you're with your dog, as they even provide a bowl of water. The atmosphere sounds like a proper laugh, with good beer flowing and that sense of community where you might bump into familiar faces for a chat. But, let's be straight, it's not all sunshine and roses – there've been tales of the odd unfriendly moment, like getting the boot for something as daft as where you're from, which is a bit of a shame and could make you think twice about heading in. Plus, the noise from the place has ruffled a few feathers with neighbours, what with the music and carry-on going on until midnight, especially on Sundays. Overall, with a solid 4.1 rating, it's worth a visit if you're in the area for a pint and a natter, but keep in mind it might have its rough patches, so go in with your eyes open for a balanced night out.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always up for a chat and making you feel right at home.
-
It's got a really cracking atmosphere, perfect for a good laugh and catching up with mates over a pint.
-
They're super dog-friendly, with bowls of water on offer, which is brilliant if you're popping in with your furry friend.
-
The beer selection is spot on, with a good variety that keeps things enjoyable for a proper pub experience.
Cons
-
There have been a few dodgy incidents where things got a bit heated, like someone being asked to leave just for being from another town – not the most inclusive vibe.
-
Noise from the pub can be a real nuisance for folks living nearby, with complaints about loud music and parties going on late, which might spoil the fun for everyone.
-
It seems like the place can have its quiet spells, especially with no recent reviews, so it might not always be buzzing as you'd hope.

Great pub and friendly place to go and so friendly to my little dog and even put a bowl of water down for him and staff are very friendly and great atmosphere
Went here while visiting friend in bainsford he said it was the place to be in Falkirk I really think he must have been on crystal meth as it was absolutely deed…..guy asked me where I was from I said Dundee he said “right that’s it get outside right now” I said no but he wouldn’t listen so a went outside next thing this women called morag came running over the road and hit me with a frying pan apparently it was the guys wife we left shortly after apart from all this lovely little place nice staff and good pint.
Good beer, of course. A friendly face behind the bar; a local crowd with recognisable regulars and cheery greetings, social atmosphere, the presence of acquaintances,
Good atmosphere always friendly staff best laugh in a decent wee pub everytime I'm here need to return soon!
This pub is awful, the rickshaw every day, it doesn't matter that the other one would go to work, they party every night, we listen to yelling, loud music until midnight on Sunday. It's awful to live next to it !! i believe a lot of people don’t have a job either, they have a lot of time, but they could be seen as people living here and could behave worthy of normal people, not like animals! Although I wouldn't even call them that !!
