The food is an absolute standout; think hearty curries and mixed grills that are fresh, flavoursome, and great value for money – it's no wonder folks are raving about it. The staff are proper gems, always up for a chat and making sure you're looked after, which really adds to that homely feel. Plus, with sports playing on the big screens and options like pool and darts, it's spot on for a fun night out, and it's welcoming for families too, which is a nice touch. On the flip side, the exterior doesn't do it justice – it looks a bit unassuming from the street, so you might just walk on by if you're not paying attention. And without a website, it's a bit of a faff to get the lowdown beforehand. All in all, though, it's a solid choice if you're after good grub, good company, and a bit of entertainment – I'd definitely pop in again for another go.
