Turned up and got a table really quick lots of room too especially in the garden. Great to entertain the kids with a play area, really friendly staff and service was good too. The food came out quick which was great and tasted good too just average food though but still had a great time!
My wife and I went to The Stag recently and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious from the starters through to the desserts. They have a very good menu catering for all tastes. The service was excellent with friendly staff and the large beer garden is so nice on a sunny day. We'll definitely be going back very soon. It's got to be the best pub in the area. Recommended.
A beautiful pub with a lovely large garden. Very friendly staff and good food. I had the beef bourgignon which was delicious - soft beef and tasty gravy. My boyfriend the fish and chips which was delicious. Both good sized portions. Would love to go back for dessert!
