The Roebuck in Stretford

I have to say, the food really stands out; whether it's a classic Sunday roast that's cooked just right or some of those pub favourites that leave you satisfied, it's clear they've got the menu sorted for most folks. The staff are an absolute delight, always polite and quick to help, which makes the whole place feel warm and inviting. Then there's the atmosphere – with regular quizzes, live music nights, and even sports on the telly, it's never a dull moment, and that beer garden out back is brilliant for a sunny afternoon pint. It's spot on for families or if you're bringing the dog along, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches like disabled access. But, on the downside, if you're keen on vegan dishes, the options are a tad slim, which might put off a few mates who are into that. Still, overall, it's a cracking spot for a relaxed catch-up or a lively evening, and I'd definitely recommend giving it a go for that genuine pub feel.
