About This Pub
Ah, ONE • FOUR • FIVE in Urmston – what a gem it seems to be for a casual morning or afternoon stop. From the chats I've had about it, the food really steals the show; think gorgeous breakfasts that cater brilliantly to vegetarians, with fresh ingredients and options that leave you feeling spoilt for choice. It's those little touches, like the friendly service and a cosy atmosphere, that make it stand out – you know, the kind of place where you can relax with a great coffee or a strawberry milkshake and just enjoy the moment. On the flip side, it's a shame about the operating hours; they're only open from 10am to 3pm, which might not work for everyone, especially if you're hoping for something later in the day. And with it appearing to be closed at the moment, that could be a real buzzkill for planning a trip. Overall, if you're in the area and timings align, it's well worth a go – the positive buzz from regulars suggests it'll leave you smiling, but do keep an eye on whether it's back up and running soon.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food is absolutely top-notch, especially their breakfasts – I've heard it's fresh, high-quality, and a real treat for anyone, particularly if you're after vegetarian options that don't make you compromise.
-
Service is spot on; the staff come across as really friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
-
It's got a lovely, welcoming atmosphere – perfect for a relaxed catch-up over coffee or a bite, with a nice selection of drinks and food to choose from.
-
Great value for money; folks have raved about how well-priced everything is, without skimping on quality.
Cons
-
It looks like the place might be closed right now, which is a bit of a downer if you're planning a visit soon.
-
Opening hours are quite limited, just from 10am to 3pm every day, so it might not suit those after an evening out or a late brunch.
-
From what I've seen, there isn't a huge amount of info online, which could make it tricky to check out the menu or book ahead without popping by.

We had a gorgeous breakfast this weekend, food was high quality and went down a treat. As a vegetarian family we find we have to compromise with breakfast dining a lot of them time but not at one four five! Everything was amazing.
Went for the first time today and loved it. I’ll be back again for sure.
5 star review from myself and my 9yr old, he wanted a cafe lunch for being brave at the hospital, he told me to give them a 5star review after his first bite. Absolutely enjoyed himself
Lovely little cafe with great choices of drinks and food. Really friendly service and a lovely atmosphere inside. Will be returning to try the food for sure!
Edit - returned for food, had a couple of ham/cheese and chicken/cheese paninis for lunch! Very lovely and also the strawberry milkshake fab too!
Had a lovely meal here. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the quality of the food was excellent, very fresh and well priced. The afternoon tea looks beautiful, elegant and is very tasty. The cafe also sells items for decopatch that your can work on while there or take home.
