About This Pub
Ah, The Rodney – it's one of those places that just feels like a proper local haunt, you know? I popped in the other day and was chuffed with how welcoming the staff were; they're dead helpful and really add to the charm, like they're part of the fun. The drinks are spot on for the price, and if you're up for a game of darts or just kicking back with some tunes, it's got that sorted too. It's in a great spot near some lovely walks and attractions, so it's perfect if you're looking for a base to explore from without spending a fortune. On the flip side, it's not pretending to be anything fancy – think clean but simple rooms and a straightforward setup that suits those after good value rather than luxury. All in all, it's a gem for a casual night out or a quick stay, though you might want to manage your expectations if you're after something more polished. I'd say give it a go; it's got that warm, community feel that'll make you want to come back for another round.

Cons
-
It's a bit no-frills and basic, so if you're after something fancy or luxurious, it might not quite hit the mark.
-
The overall vibe feels a tad unpolished since the business isn't claimed by the owners, which could mean things aren't as slick as they could be.
-
Operating hours are listed as open late, but there might be the odd hiccup with availability, so it's worth checking ahead.
-
Not everyone might fancy the pub's straightforward style; it's more about good honest fun than bells and whistles.

For a good honest stay in a location near town that's great value for money look no further that The Rodney. Whether it be just a nice clean room, food, or drink the Rodney has it all. Sarah cleans the rooms impeccably and all staff will go out of their way to help. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Yoda had one too many at this bar. Started doing backflips off the jukebox and challenging people to lightsaber duels with straws. Slurred something about the dark side being overrated. Staff let him nap in a booth. Legendary night.
You get what you pay for. Not the ritz, but never tried to be. Clean, friendly staff ideal for out and about Warrington
