About This Pub
Ah, The Red Lion in Ealing is one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem, you know? From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the food's a real highlight – juicy burgers and steaks that are fresh and well-prepared, coming out lightning fast to your table. Pair that with the friendly staff who are always on hand to sort you out, and you've got a spot that's spot on for a bite and a chat. The garden's another winner; it's surprisingly sunny and sheltered, so you can kick back with a pint even if the weather's playing up. They've got loads of events on too, like live music and seasonal parties, which really give it that lively, community spirit. On the downside, the way they present the food is a tad straightforward – nothing too flashy, which might leave you wanting a bit more polish. And don't forget, it's shut on Mondays, so you'll have to plan around that. All in all, it's a solid pick for anyone in the area looking for good grub and good times, but it's worth keeping those little niggles in mind for a balanced outing.

We had the burger and Cesar salad, both tasty and simply lovely. The food was fresh and well prepared, it came out fast. The staff was friendly and quick to help. Would definitely recommend paying a visit if you ever are in the Ealing area.
Still a good old traditional pub where you can get a pint of pride. The garden is surprisingly sunny and is covered to allow unhindered drinking in wet weather. They have a few events here and it feels more of a 'local' than most pubs in town

Amazing fillet steak and fantastic service. We really enjoyed our late lunch here with prompt service and delicious fillet steak with bone marrow. Even as I am typing this I crave the steak!
Reopened by new owner. Atmosphere hasn't been changed much with lots of old actors & actress pictures from BBC studio near by the pub. Sunday roast is tasty and just right size, but presentation is ordinary. Good service and friendly staff. Parking is free around there at weekend. Dog friendly and the owner has 2 cats in the rear garden.
I visited here on Saturday 20/01/24 with my Husband for food and drinks. We had the tomahawk steak to share, with salad, chips and bone marrow to share, espresso martini, a glass of wine and a beer.
The food service and pub was amazing. Levi, our server was 10/10, explained everything, provided great service and we will definitely return.
