About This Pub

Ah, The Queens Head – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper gem in Stourbridge, you know? From the reviews I've had a look at, most folks are absolutely chuffed with the place, raving about the wide range of real ales and ciders that's bang on the money, like that Titanic Choccy Vanilla that's served to perfection. It's clear the team here know their stuff, offering up friendly service and a relaxed setting where you can kick back with a mate or even bring the dog along for the ride. The decor's smart and comfortable, making it ideal for a quick stop after a walk or a full afternoon session, and at prices like £7.50 for a Sunday lunch, it's easy on the wallet too. On the downside, one or two have mentioned that the quality of some ales doesn't quite match up to a sister pub, which is a shame, but it's not putting off the majority. All in all, if you're after a solid spot for a pint and perhaps a bite, I'd say give it a go – it's got that homely charm that makes you want to come back, and with such high praise overall, it's well worth a visit for anyone exploring the local scene.

Superb little BCA pub 100 odd yards from a Bathams, wish it was local to me. Its dog friendly, to be greeted with a warm welcome and a good array of real ales. Decided on Titanic Choccy Vanilla, kept and served to perfection. Its pubs like this that deserve our business, look after them.

This pub is one of the winners in the shake up of Stourbridge pubs entering the 2025 Good Beer Guide. Everything you would expect from a Black Country Ales house - large selection of well kept, fresh cask ales; comfortable seating; smart decor and efficient, friendly service.

Another excellent Black Country Ales establishment, serving 10 real ales and 2 real ciders, as well as a selection of wines, spirits and the all important bar snacks. A short walk from Stourbridge Town Centre and the transport interchange.

We popped in on Sunday for a cheeky drink before lunch and ended up staying for a Sunday lunch in a box. Great pub no selection of real ales, good food, nothing too much trouble for the staff. £7.50 wow

A good selection of real ales and the young male member of the team who was serving yesterday evening (11/09/21) is a credit to the business, unfortunately I forgot his name. The quality of some of the ales didn't seem to be as good as The Seven Stars sister pub. However, that's the beauty of try before you buy. A good size beer garden, too
