About This Pub
Ah, Katie Fitzgerald's – what a little hidden treasure in Stourbridge! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place really shines with its friendly, down-to-earth feel that draws you in right away. The outdoor garden is an absolute delight, especially on a sunny evening, with those comfy settees making it feel like you're relaxing in your own backyard while enjoying some top-tier music or comedy acts. The staff come across as genuinely welcoming, and the drinks are just the ticket to complement the entertainment – it's all about those small, thoughtful details that make a visit memorable. On the flip side, though, it's a shame it's not open every day of the week, so you might find yourself having to check the schedule in advance to avoid disappointment. And with a few hitches on the website front, it can be a tad frustrating trying to get the lowdown on events. Overall, if you're after a relaxed, unique spot for a laugh or a live gig, it's well worth a go – just pop along when it's open, and I reckon you'll have a cracking time!
Pros and Cons

The atmosphere is absolutely brilliant – it's got that warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home, with a lovely crowd and staff who go out of their way to make your evening special.
-
They've got a cracking secret garden and outdoor seating area with comfy settees and pillows, perfect for enjoying a drink or catching some entertainment on a nice evening.
-
It's a top-notch spot for live music and comedy, with quirky and unique vibes that make it so much more enjoyable than those big, soulless arenas – plus, the drinks selection is spot on.
-
The entertainment is always bostin', whether it's music or comedy, and little touches like free mince pies add a nice, thoughtful extra to the experience.
Cons
-
It's only open about four days a week, which means you might have to plan around their schedule and miss out if you're hoping for a spontaneous night out.
-
The website seems to have some issues, making it a bit tricky to get the latest info or updates, so you'd probably want to check their Facebook page or give them a ring before heading over.
-
With the current status showing as closed, it might not always be available when you fancy a visit, so timing could be a bit of a faff.

Great music venue with a friendly atmosphere. Good choice of drinks and great outside space
BRILLIANT VENUE!!!
We had an amazing evening watching the sensational Dizzy Lizzy. Wonderful staff, great drinks and free mince pies!
What a superb comedy club and such a great way to spend the afternoon watching comedy. Needed that. No problems parking on the street and loved the entrance into the chilled out garden. So much better to watch comedy here rather than a soulless arena. Quirky and unique. Look forward to returning in the near future.
