About This Pub
Ah, The Queen Hotel – it's one of those spots that just feels like a staple in Leeds, you know? I had a wander in the other day, and it's got this charming old-school pub atmosphere that's hard to beat, with a real buzz from the crowd and friendly faces behind the bar. The drinks deals are spot on; you can grab a refreshing pint or try out their summer range without it costing a fortune, and it's ace for settling in with mates to catch the latest match on their HD screens – whether it's footy, rugby, or even the horses. But, let's be honest, it's not all perfect; the real ale options are pretty slim, so if that's your thing, you might want to look elsewhere. And with no food on offer, you'd best pop to a chippy beforehand or plan for a meal after. All in all, it's a cracking little place for a casual get-together, as long as you go in with the right expectations – it's got heart, but a few rough edges that keep it real.
Pros and Cons
Pros

The atmosphere is absolutely buzzing with a great mix of folks, making it feel like a proper community hub.
-
Staff are really friendly and welcoming, which adds to that warm, homely vibe.
-
They've got a solid selection of drinks at unbeatable prices, perfect for a cheeky pint without emptying your wallet.
-
Live sports on HD screens are a highlight – it's brilliant for watching footy, rugby, or the races with mates.
-
It's got that classic traditional pub feel, which is comforting and just what you want for a relaxed evening.
Cons
-
The real ale selection is a bit lacking, so if you're a fan of proper craft brews, you might be disappointed.
-
They don't serve any food, which means you'll have to head elsewhere if you're peckish.
-
There have been a few odd stories about management being a tad strict, which could put a damper on things if you're not careful.

Used to be a great bar,, but now hugging people now strangely gets you barred.
Anyone who knows me knows exactly what I am referring too.
Jealously is not very becoming of a lady.
Very vibrant pub with a cross section of clientele shame no good selection of real ales
I’ve only been in here on weekend nights but always extremely busy with a good crowd. It’s more of a traditional old pub vibe than like some of the surrounding newer cocktail bars. Depends what you like.
Nice old style pub. Friendly staff good choice of drinks. They do not serve food.
Once again a pub I've never been in a big surprise based in Morley it's a old traditional kind of pub the main room is massive with 2 different sections. I had John smiths partner had fosters wich was an excellent price .music and sky sports. All in all a good pub well worth the visit
