About This Pub
Ah, the Pig & Whistle – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local haunt in Norwich, you know? From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, it's got this welcoming vibe that's spot on for kicking back with a pint after a long day. The drinks are where it really shines; they're not only affordable but come with some great offers that make it feel like a bargain, and there's a solid range of beers and ciders to choose from. Plus, if you're into live sports, they've got the likes of football and rugby on the screens, which adds to the excitement and makes it a fun spot for watching the game with your crowd. The staff seem genuinely friendly, always up for a chat, which really helps create that community feel everyone loves about a good pub. On the flip side, though, the opening times can vary a bit, so you might want to check ahead to make sure it's open when you fancy popping in – nothing worse than turning up to a closed door! And on the weekends, it can get a bit bustling, which is brilliant if you're up for the energy, but if you're after somewhere more subdued, it might not be the best fit. Overall, it's a solid choice for a night out; honest, unpretentious, and just what you'd hope for from a traditional pub – I'd say give it a go if you're in the area, as it's got that heartwarming charm that keeps people coming back.

It’s rare that Max dusts of the Colombian off the old dog and bone to leave a review, but let me allow you these words of wisdom. Lovely pub, lovely atmosphere, great for people watching and exactly why the British pub needs to get that bellend Starmer out. They lied into power and now Max Power has officially announced his support for Nigel Farage. Let’s make Britain Great Again!!!!

Pig and Whistle is one of my favourite pubs! It's quaint and comfortable with kind staff. Massive choice to drink and they cater for everyone. I started my hen do here and it was a brilliant beginning to the night. Will always recommend this for people who fancy nice pint or who want to watch the sport!
