About This Pub

Oh, let me tell you about The Park – it's this grand, stylish spot in Teddington that's part pub, part hotel, and all about making you feel looked after. From what I've gathered from folks' chats, the food is a standout; we're talking hearty, seasonal menus with dishes that are cooked fresh and presented like something out of a magazine, whether it's a smashing Sunday roast or a light supper. The team behind the bar and in the dining areas are just lovely, always ready with a smile and that personal touch that turns a meal into a proper experience. It's dead dog-friendly too, which is brilliant if you're out for a walk in nearby Bushey Park and fancy a pit stop. The atmosphere strikes that nice balance – relaxed enough for a casual pint but with a touch of elegance that makes it feel special, especially for events or catching the big games on the screens. On the flip side, it does lean a bit towards the hotel side of things, so if you're after a gritty, old-school pub feel, it might not quite hit the mark. Prices can sneak up on you, and the hours aren't always as late as you'd like, but overall, it's a welcoming place that does a cracking job of combining good grub, friendly service, and a prime location. I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area – you might just find yourself returning for more.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The food is absolutely spot-on – think freshly cooked, beautifully presented dishes that leave you wanting more, like those massive Yorkshire puddings on the Sunday roast.
  • Service is warm and welcoming, with staff like Pete, Ellie, and Sophia going the extra mile to make you feel right at home.
  • It's brilliantly dog-friendly, even treating your furry friend to a sausage – perfect if you're popping in with the pooch.
  • Lovely atmosphere that's relaxed yet a bit upscale, great for a catch-up with mates or a family gathering.
  • Prime location near Bushey Park and Hampton Court Palace, making it ideal for a post-walk pint or a staycation base.
  • Fantastic for watching sports; it's the go-to spot for big matches with a lively crowd and plenty of screens.
Cons
  • It might feel a tad more hotel-oriented than your typical cosy pub, so if you're after a no-frills local, it could come across as a bit posh.
  • Opening hours vary and can be confusing – sometimes it wraps up earlier than you'd hope, which might cut short an evening out.
  • Prices could add up quickly, especially with the hotel vibe, so it's not the cheapest option for a quick drink or bite.

Gorgeous place and delicious freshly cooked and well presented food. Pete was our star server. Thank you. We will return! Worth the trek from Ealing and you’ve got Bushey Park on the doorstep too! Dog friendly and ours was even given a sausage treat!

First time roasters here! Absolutely beautiful food, lovely service from Ellie and Lilly and a few others (don’t have your names). Atmosphere was relaxed but felt comfortable and high end. Thanks for a lovely Mother’s Day meal. We will be back x

A Wonderful Stay at The Park Hotel – Now Our New Neighborhood Gem My wife and I stayed at The Park Hotel for a week, and it was an amazing experience—truly felt like home. The staff were warm and welcoming, making sure every detail was taken care of. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it a fantastic place to relax and unwind. We loved our time here so much that we’ve now become part of the neighborhood, and it’s great to have such a fantastic hotel so close to home! A Fantastic Dining Experience at The Park Hotel Restaurant The hotel’s restaurant was equally impressive. Every meal was a delight, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The menu had a great variety, catering to different tastes, and the service was excellent—attentive yet unobtrusive. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a satisfying experience. Now that we’re locals, we’ll definitely be coming back to the restaurant regularly—highly recommended for both guests and neighbors alike!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a family gathering at The Park to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the very first moment I contacted the restaurant to book the space, Lidia stood out as an incredibly positive and welcoming person. She was thorough and informative, providing all the details we needed to make our decision. I was so impressed by both the menu and the beautiful design of the venue that I didn't even feel the need to explore other options—I knew this was the perfect place. When it came to the food, we were all absolutely delighted. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Despite having a large group—20+ adults and 5 toddlers—everything was served on time and without a hitch, all thanks to Stuart and his attentive team. They made sure we were well taken care of, constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. One more highlight was the excellent cocktail selection, which added an extra touch to our celebration. Overall, our special evening at The Park was a complete success. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic venue, great food, and exceptional service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
