About This Pub
Ah, The Organ Grinder – what a gem of a pub in Loughborough! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place has really nailed the art of the traditional boozer with a modern twist. The beer selection is spot on; they've got an impressive lineup of real ales, ciders, and even some guest options that would make any ale lover's day. And the staff? They're an absolute delight, always up for a chat and making sure everyone feels welcome, which adds such a nice touch to the atmosphere. There are these cosy nooks and quirky outdoor areas that are just perfect for settling in with friends or enjoying a bit of solitude, plus little perks like board games and newspapers that make it feel like a proper community hub. It's dog-friendly too, so if you're out for a walk, you can pop in without a worry. On the flip side, it does have its quieter moments – I hear it can be surprisingly calm even on a Saturday afternoon, which might not be ideal if you're after a more energetic vibe. Oh, and it's a shame there's no website to scout out the details beforehand, but once you're there, it's all worth it. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxed pint in a friendly setting, and with that high rating, it's clear it's winning hearts left and right.

Amazing CAMRA pub, recently voted best in north and northwest Leicestershire. Friendly and chatty bar staff and patrons. Newspapers and board games. Multiple snugs in the rear for groups of 4-6 to gather, an open air yard too. Guest ales and the full selection of monkey beers. Snacks and cobs too. Well worth a visit if you are waiting for a bus connection or movie in Loughborough.
A great pub with a fabulous choice of ciders which is my go to tipple. Also had plenty of real ales for all the beer lovers. The only odd thing was despite going on a Saturday afternoon the pub was very quiet which surprised me as it seemed a nice place,so pleased go visit this place and support local pubs.
Probably the best real ale pub in Loughborough. At least 9 handpulled beers (their own plus guests)plus six craft/lager and good choices of other drinks. Bar snacks are available too. Quirky outdoor spaces which are nice in summer. Dog friendly. Staff are pleasant.
The best pub in Loughborough. Great selection of local ales, cosy fireplace, friendly bar staff and customers. Love it.
Best pub I've been to in Loughborough. Good selection of beer and a friendly atmosphere. Some quirky little corners!
