About This Pub
Ah, The Old Farm Inn – it's one of those hidden gems you stumble upon and think, 'Why haven't I been here sooner?' Tucked away in the heart of Totternhoe, this historic spot has this lovely, welcoming ambience that makes you feel right at ease from the moment you walk in. The food's a real highlight; I've heard from folks who've tried the steak and ale pie or the Sunday roasts, and they rave about how hearty and flavoursome it all is, with options for vegetarians too, which is brilliant if you're out with a mixed group. The beers are top drawer as well, with a good range of ales that beer enthusiasts will love, and there's always something going on with their events and music nights to keep things lively. On the flip side, it's not the biggest place inside, so if you're planning a visit on a busy weekend, you might want to give them a ring to secure a table – otherwise, you could end up waiting or heading elsewhere. Still, with that lovely garden for sunnier days and the overall friendly service, it's a solid choice for a proper pub experience, and I'd say it's well worth the trip if you're in the area for a walk or a bite.

Cons

-
Opening hours are fairly standard, but with a typical close around 10 PM, it might not suit those after a late-night session.

Popped in for lunch. Had a great meal in a lovely cosy pub. Were made to feel welcome by the team. Would highly recommend
If you like your ales you’ll love the beer at the Old Farm Inn, with a great atmosphere and friendly team too, a cosy log fire in the colder months and a lovely pub garden to relax in during the summer. Superb Timothy Taylor Landlord and London Pride today, we didn’t want to leave.
Great service, lovely food, not massive inside, so sometimes maybe better to book. Garden and seating outside
Highly recommend! Stopped here today on a whim as we were on a walk in the area. We didn’t have a booking but the staff made space for us in the bar. Had the lamb shank roast which was incredibly tasty!
Had a lovely Sunday Roast here. Went with a vegetarian who had the nut roast with veggie gravy and all the trimmings.
4 different roast dinners for meat eaters. The Pork had beautiful cracking.
Great value for money. Worth the drive.
Quaint English pub with car parking and beer garden. Children friendly.
