About This Pub
Ah, The Old Bush Revived – what a gem of a pub it is! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place really nails that classic British pub experience with its wide range of beers, ales, and ciders that had folks raving in the reviews. I love how it's kept that authentic, old-school charm with historical touches and a clean, inviting space that makes you want to settle in for the evening. The food gets a big thumbs up too; those cobs and other bites sound absolutely spot on, and at prices that won't break the bank. It's got plenty of outdoor seating for when the weather's on your side, and being dog-friendly just adds to the relaxed vibe. On the flip side, though, the website's a bit of a letdown – I couldn't get much from it, which might put you off if you're trying to plan ahead. Plus, the opening times seem a bit muddled, so it's worth confirming before you pop by, and its location might not suit everyone if you're after something more central. All in all, it's a solid choice for a proper pint and a chat, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area – just go with an open mind and you'll likely have a great time.
Pros and Cons
Pros

It's got a brilliant selection of real ales, ciders, and even guest options that really hit the spot for any beer enthusiast.
-
The atmosphere is just lovely – a proper old-style boozer with historical photos and a friendly, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home.
-
They serve up some cracking food, like those tasty cobs and hot pork options, all at reasonable prices.
-
Outdoor seating is spacious and sheltered, perfect for a sunny afternoon or even a rainy day, and it's dog-friendly too, which is always a plus.
-
The place is spotlessly clean and has fun extras like a good dart board, adding to the overall charm.
Cons
-
The website seems a bit tricky to access, which might make it harder to check menus or events before heading over.
-
Opening hours can be a tad confusing with varying times listed, so you might want to double-check to avoid missing out on a visit.
-
It's in a quiet spot, which is great for a relaxed pint but could feel a bit out of the way if you're not local.

Nice old style boozer, a proper pub. Great selection of beers and ales, would definitely visit again.
Another excellent Black Country Ales establishment. 9 real ales and 3 real ciders being served, as well as wines and spirits. Possibly the best cobs I've had in a BCA pub so far, although I'm regretting not going for the hot pork
Brilliant pub would definitely recommend to anyone in the local area!! Has a very friendly vibe and is very clean with reasonable prices. the food is also very good!! And of course most important of all its dog friendly. Whether you live nearby or just passing through I would definitely stop by you won't regret it. I visited for a recent event I was hired as the photographer and will definitely be coming again.
An historical pub with a ton of photos showing the local history.
I had a good real ale (see photo) for around £4. Would have stayed longer, but couldn't due to driving.
Good beer garden, too.
Awesome pub, wide range of drinks available including several guest ales and ciders. Great atmosphere and decor. Good dart board too.
Tons of spacious outdoor seating, most of which is sheltered from the elements too.
