About This Pub

Ah, The Hawthorns – it's one of those hidden gems in Rowley Regis that just hits the spot for a laid-back night out. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the food is really where it shines; those banging wings and tasty grill options had folks raving, and it's all served up in a chilled atmosphere that's perfect for pre-drinks or a casual meal. The staff are an absolute delight, always ready with a smile and even encouraging a game of darts or pool to keep things lively. It's got a great range of beers and cocktails too, plus that spacious setup means you won't feel crammed in. On the downside, it's a bit of a shame there's no website, so you might have to wing it when it comes to checking what's on offer or the exact hours – and with reviews not being super recent, it's hard to know if everything's still as brilliant as it sounds. All in all, if you're after an inexpensive spot for good grub and a laugh with friends, I'd say give it a go; it's got that warm, community feel that makes you want to come back for more.

We visited here are part of the Blackheath ale tour. Lovely pub this. Had great beers, food, good range of beer snacks whilst also rocking multiple dart boards and a pool table. Very spacious venue and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Even encouraged is to play darts which we weren't planning on doing, but ended up playing for about an hour! Great vibe, great pub.
