About This Pub
Ah, The King of Prussia – it's one of those pubs that really knows how to make you feel at home, isn't it? From what I've gathered, the food stands out as a real winner; think dishes packed with flavour and presented like something out of a proper kitchen, which is just brilliant for a spot of lunch or dinner. The staff are generally lovely, always up for a chat and quick to sort you out, making it easy to settle in for the evening. Plus, those deals on wings or pizza are spot on for keeping things affordable while you catch up with friends over a game of darts or a board game session – it's got that fun, social edge that makes it a go-to for a good night out. On the flip side, though, service isn't always spot on; you might find yourself waiting around if someone's not on their A-game, and every now and then, a meal could disappoint if it's not up to scratch that day. It can also feel a bit subdued when it's not buzzing, so if you're after a packed house, it might not always deliver. All in all, it's a solid choice for us pub enthusiasts – worth popping in for, as long as you go in with realistic expectations and a smile.
Pros and Cons

-
Friendly staff who go the extra mile; they're charming and efficient, turning a simple visit into a warm, welcoming experience.
-
Great value deals like the chicken wing specials or pizza lunches that won't break the bank, perfect for a casual get-together.
-
A lovely atmosphere with a covered outdoor area, darts, and board games, ideal for socialising and having a laugh with mates.
-
It's a solid spot for drinks, with a good selection that hits the spot, especially on a relaxed evening out.
Cons
-
Service can be a bit inconsistent at times, like when a server disappears and leaves you waiting, which might put a dampener on things.
-
Occasionally, the food doesn't quite live up to the hype – some dishes might come out overcooked or not as fresh as you'd hope.
-
The place can feel a tad quiet or empty during certain visits, which might not give off that lively pub vibe you're after.

wow. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. The menu had a great mix of options, and everything we ordered tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were generous, and the prices were more than fair for the quality.
The staff were another highlight – friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Service was quick, but never rushed, and they made great recommendations from both the food and drinks menu.
Whether you’re looking for a fun night out or just a great meal in a cool setting, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Already planning my next visit!
It's a pub and it has a covered outdoor area which is very nice. On Wednesday there's a chicken wing deal which is of good value. Nice decoration. Got a dart area. Friendly staff too.
Stopped in for a quick lunch and had overall good experience! Lunch deal for pizza is £10.
The first server got disappeared and we were about to leave.
After talking to Bella, another server, who was especially friendly, and efficient—super helpful with our order. Food came out quickly and everything was fresh and tasty.
We visited the venue today — not our first time here — but unfortunately, today's experience left much to be desired.
To start with the positives: the drinks were great, and the staff were absolutely lovely and charming. Special shout-out to the waitress who served us — she truly deserves a pay rise for her outstanding service!
However, the food experience was disappointing. We ordered a Margherita pizza and chips using the QR code on the table. After waiting over 45 minutes, we discovered that the order never came through, even though the payment was processed immediately. A word of warning: if you're ordering via the QR code, be aware that your money might be taken even if your order doesn’t register.
After approaching the bar to check on our order, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Given the delay, I was hoping the kitchen would make an extra effort. Sadly, the pizza was underwhelming — sparse mozzarella, barely any toppings, and certainly not worth the ~£12 price tag.
In summary:
Staff: Excellent. Friendly and attentive.
Drinks: Great quality.
Food: Below average. Needs serious improvement.
Great place for getting together for a social event. Plenty of fun board games, but the high light of the evening was the darts. 🎯 loved the games. Will definitely visit again soon.
