About This Pub
Ah, The Justice Mill – it's one of those classic Wetherspoon spots that you can't help but appreciate for its straightforward charm. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, this place really shines when it comes to offering great value; you can tuck into a solid meal and a few drinks without worrying about the wallet. The staff are an absolute highlight – they're quick on their feet and keep things running smoothly, even when the place is absolutely buzzing, which makes you feel looked after. Plus, that handy ordering system via your phone is a nice modern twist that adds a bit of ease to the experience, and the interior has a stylish edge that makes it feel more inviting than your average pub. On the other hand, it's not all smooth sailing; it does get packed and noisy, especially if there's a big event on, like a football win, which might make it hard to have a proper chat. And, let's be fair, the food isn't flawless – there have been a few grumbles about things like forgotten bits or overdone dishes, so you might want to keep expectations in check. All in all, it's a cracking choice for a casual get-together with mates, as long as you're up for a bit of lively atmosphere and don't mind the occasional off day.

Very busy and noisy but Aberdeen had won a cup! Clientele very happy!
Visited for breakfast. Staff did really well as you could see how busy they all were. I had ordered the pancakes with fruit for breakfast but the fruit had accidentally been forgotten. Ladies serving behind the bar (25th) all very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them..Amended my order. Coffee machine had also run out of milk which they quickly replenished.
Had porridge and fruit this morning. Partner has had the Scottish breakfast both times. We both agree that meals are very good value for money. Plenty to eat. All hot and tasty. The refillable rea/coffee is a generous offer.
Enjoyed a nice sausage and chips a couple of nights ago so tonight I ordered the mixed grill.
Sadly the meat was disgusting. Dry and overcooked meant it was virtually impossible to ascertain which was which between the lamb gammon and pork.
Offered a pudding as compensation I decided enough was enough and declined the offer.
I've eaten in many 'spoons and this is the first time I have been so disappointed.
A FINE local pub! The best IMHO. Great team and always fantastic service. Good food and great drinks at great prices. Get yerself here!
A perfect score, food has been consistently spot on every time and at a great price. Surroundings are stylish and in good condition, a beautiful place with great staff.
I had a good time here. This is a very commendable restaurant. It is conveniently located in the heart of Aberdeen's commercial activities (Union Street) and has wonderful atmosphere. Ordering food was very easy, as I was able to just scan a bar code on a menu and order through my phone. The waiter was very polite and professional, and the food was tasty. I recommend the medium rare steak. I also found the prices to be very reasonable.
There is no parking outside, however, as the entrance is located right on the street, so that might be an issue for some people.
