About This Pub
Ah, The Horn In Hand – it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot for a laid-back evening with mates. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the food is spot on, with people raving about the burgers, vegan choices, and even the craft ales that pair perfectly with it all. The service stands out too; staff are proper helpful and make you feel like a regular from the get-go, which is always a plus when you're settling in for a drink or that bottomless brunch deal – at £29 for two hours, it's a bargain compared to some places. The atmosphere sounds just right for chatting over a pint or catching the game, giving it that cosy, community feel. On the flip side, though, the website's a bit of a letdown with some errors, so you might struggle to check menus or events online beforehand. And while it's got a solid 4.4 rating from loads of folks, there aren't many recent reviews, which makes me wonder if it's not drawing the crowds it used to – perhaps it's worth visiting on a busier night to really soak it in. Overall, it's a solid choice for a night out in Nottingham, with more highs than lows, but I'd say go in with realistic expectations and you'll likely have a brilliant time.

Possibly one of the best pubs we've been in. Delicious food, great service, wonderful atmosphere.
Booked here for Bottomless Brunch. Picked it because the price (£29) was good, they had sport on and because it was good value at 2hrs rather than the more common 90 minutes, that many other establishments offer.
What I didn’t expect was the level of service we received. The staff were fantastic and attentive. We never had to wait for our drinks and the food came out quickly. The staff were friendly and quick to have a laugh with us.
The selection of food and drinks was good and we left thoroughly happy and with plans to return.
Thank you to the staff who worked Saturday 18th Nov’ 2023 👏🏼
Lovely lady behind the bar went out of her way to make us feel very welcome. Food was really great too.
Pre gig nose bag! I forgot to take a photo before we ate, so I apologize for the aftermath shot. We enjoyed the little rebel burger (Beef & Chicken) with onion rings and coleslaw. Absolutely superb, all washed down with a couple of craft ales. Staff are friendly and helpful, can't recommend highly enough, it's bang on! Shannon and Josh were the bar staff today, thank you! 🤘
One of Nottingham's most underrated places. The vegan options at The Horn in Hand are fantastic and the portions are more than enough with super reasonable and affordable prices. Seems like that have some great deals on through the week too- we went on a Thursday where cask, craft, and cocktails were £3.50 (with craft including Beaverton beers which are typically easily £6)! Definitely one to go back to.
