Had a Sunday roast here - banging. I love lamb, and the cauli cheese was a nice touch. Maybe could've done with more spuds and some mash (they're my favourites) but I still v much enjoyed!

Visited as a solo tourist and the staff was so friendly. Despite being absolutely jam packed, the host went out of his way to make sure I found a spot to sit. Beer and burger were lovely, and the atmosphere was ideal.

Sadly has gone down hill. I’ve been here a lot over the years having grown up locally. I was really looking forward to an Easter Sunday roast but was left disappointed. The vegetarian pie was drenched in gravy making the pastry inedible. My beef was average with soggy roast potatoes. I suspect this will be my last visit…shame.

I would describe it as a very classy pub, based mainly on its customers. The place itself was also very 'Chelsea'. I really liked the cocktails, and I didn't expect that. The food was nothing special; on the contrary. But I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the music.
