About This Pub
Ah, The Grange – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a hidden gem in West London, tucked away on Ealing Common with its majestic Victorian charm and a real focus on fresh, seasonal British fare. I have to say, what really stands out is their Sunday roasts; they're spot on, with generous portions and all the trimmings that leave you feeling properly satisfied. The team there are an absolute delight, always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether you're popping in for a quick drink or booking for a bigger do like a wedding or team lunch. They've nailed the drinks selection too, with award-winning ales and wines that go hand in hand with the menu. On the flip side, it can get a bit boisterous on weekends, so if you're after a peaceful evening, you might want to choose your timing wisely. And while the outdoor space is lovely, it's worth noting that it might not always be as serene as you'd hope, with the odd mishap that could spoil the mood. All in all, it's a solid choice for a good night out or a family gathering – I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if you're in the area, as long as you go in with realistic expectations.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The Sunday roasts are absolutely spot on – think juicy beef, pork, or even vegan options, all served with lashings of Yorkshire puds and gravy; it's a proper treat for a lazy weekend.
-
The staff are so welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and quick service, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
-
They've got a cracking selection of cask ales, craft beers, wines, and spirits that pair brilliantly with the fresh, British-inspired menu – perfect for a relaxed catch-up with mates.
-
The atmosphere is charming, with that lovely Victorian pub vibe and a bit of an orangery feel; it's cosy and inviting, especially for events or a family meal.
Cons
-
It can get a tad noisy on busy nights, like Saturdays, which might make it hard to chat if you're after a quiet pint.
-
Outdoor areas, such as the pub garden, might occasionally have unexpected disruptions, like unruly pets, which could put a damper on your meal.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Staff is lovely, good beer selection and many wines for a pub. I love the interior decor and orangery vibes. It can get quite loud on a Saturday night.
Did not disappoint! I used to live in the area many years ago and wanted to return with my family for a Sunday roast. The roast beef, pork and vegan roasts and Yorkshire puddings and vegetables were fantastic. The drinks list was great too. The Grange was busy with diners from opening. It clearly still has a great reputation!
Lovely Sunday roast. Enjoyed my rib of beef. Friendly staff. Good selection of beers on tap. Only thing that spoiled the meal were the shameless people at the table next to us who had a dog (we were in the pub yard/garden) that did a runny poo… Good thing we had finished eating by then!
Beautiful food, atmosphere & service at The Grange this Sunday. A perfect place to go for a family meal.
Our waiter, Ella, was so attentive and helpful for our orders. Thank you so much for your kindness and ace food.
We booked for our team Xmas lunch. Staff were so friendly and professional. The food was amazing. They managed to bring everything out on time for 33 of us. And it was hot too.
