Been here many times and the food is great with a good choice. Highly recommend the lamb leg steak and the pies. The burgers are also very good on a pretzel bun. Staff are all fabulous and there's a nice vibe in the pub.

I absolutely loved my lunch out with my sister. I had the chicken supreme, and she had the scampi, I can't remember ever eating here before, but I would definitely recommend it. Such friendly staff, the food was absolutely delicious 😋 and the atmosphere was so nice and relaxed 😌 I'm definitely going back again.

Visited today with a couple of friends. I had the meat trio Sunday lunch. It was THE NICEST Sunday lunch I've ever had when eating out. Really generous portions of lovely perfectly cooked meats, and the veg and trimmings were spot on too. I cant believe how lovely it was for the price. Its only a couple of pound dearer than a cheapo dinner from a carvery chain pub. I will definitely be returning again. Staff really friendly and attentive but not pushy. Lovely afternoon spent.

Had a lovely meal with friends yesterday the place was lovely and clean and well laid out. Two of us had the Steak & Kidney pudding which was very nice and packed with very tender Steak and gravy, good hand cut chips and not badly priced. We arrived at 3.15pm and we were seated right away one very small disappointment was that we had to wait until 4.30pm for the Dinner menu to start but after a couple of drinks that didn't really matter. Definitely recommend the Fox and i think we will be returning.

Excellent choice for a quick family lunch break. Clean and elegant with friendly and professional service. Fair portions and food in general is well above average. I will come again.
