I really wanted to like this place as I’ve recently moved to the area and it’s pretty much the only coffee place around but we paid £15 for a piece of cake and 2 bacon butties.. took 15 minutes to arrive which is acceptable however the bacon was rock and I mean rock hard, probably worst bacon butty I’ve had from anywhere and yet the most expensive! Literally you couldn’t even chew it it was like reheated from day before.. no sauce and wasn’t even asked if I wanted any.. cake was OK but very dry :( was in a rush and starving so couldn’t get exchanged had it as takeaway but wish I never bothered 😮💨
First time today we have visited Cafe Bistro 122 and we were very impressed. Food was amazing all fresh ingredients and served with care and attention and the service matched the quality of food on offer. Nice welcoming on arrival 5 stars.
Visited on the 1st of June for a Sunday Roast and again 5 stars, Amazing Lamb roast!

First visit here today and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best brunch places I’ve been to. Ordered the pulled pork benedict, the flavours work so well together.
I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu and I highly recommend if you’re interested in trying the food here.
Service is fantastic and the place is dog friendly which is a plus!

We had the prawn & crayfish brunch and the Kale & Halloumi - literally perfect with attention to detail in taste combinations and presentation.

We had wanted to try this place for a while but never got round to it. So glad we finally did as the food is amazing. Backed up by lovely friendly service. Great little restaurant and we’ve already been back twice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
