About This Pub
You know, chatting about The Elisabeth Arms in Bilston, it's got that classic pub charm that's just right for a laid-back evening with friends or family. The food really stands out – think hearty portions of things like chicken Caesar salad or steak, all made with fresh ingredients and plenty of options for everyone, and at prices that won't break the bank. The team's so friendly and welcoming, and it's nice to see them giving back to the community with fundraising and free spaces for events. On the downside, the place does look a bit knackered in spots, with some wear and tear that could do with a spruce-up, and service isn't always perfect – you might have to find your own table now and then. Still, overall, it's a solid choice if you're after good grub and a relaxed vibe, and I'd say it's worth popping in for a pint or a meal, as long as you keep expectations realistic for a traditional spot like this.
Pros and Cons

-
They serve up some cracking food with fresh ingredients, including great options for veggies and vegans, all at honest, fair prices.

It's a real community gem, supporting local charities and offering a free function area for groups, which is just brilliant for get-togethers.
-
The daily deals and classics like sizzling skillets and flame-grilled burgers are spot on for a relaxed meal with family or mates.
-
With its traditional pub vibe and a bit of extra 'sizzle', it's perfect for unwinding, watching the game, or enjoying a pint in a welcoming setting.
Cons
-
The place is looking a bit tired and worn out, which is a shame as it could use some investment to freshen things up.
-
Service can be inconsistent at times, like not getting a proper greeting when you arrive, which might leave you sorting things out yourself.
-
Some areas feel a little dated, detracting from what could be a top-notch spot given its great location and friendly team.

Had wonderful time in with family and food was amazing well cooked staek and fresh beer’s👌✌️
The overall establishment could do with some money spent on it as it is looking a little worse for wear. The food was okay with decent size portions.
Been in this pub for a few pints over the years, but never eaten in. Popped in for tea yesterday with the kids and have to say, I was really impressed. Food was lovely and tasty. Nice sized portions unlike most pub chains these days. Between us we had the chicken ceaser salad, steak & chicken, chicken tika massala and burger. 2 sides of cheesy fries and loaded fries. Really reasonably priced at under £50 for everything ( excluding drinks). Probably the best pub meal we've had in a while and very worth the money. The serving girl and young lad who cleared our table were nice and on the ball. Service time was reasonable at around 20 minutes. All in all, a good service and good value for money. We will definitely go back.
Food was OK , service was great except when we arrived no one greeted us and we found our reserved table ourselves otherwise not a bad night
Visited today for an early lunch as 2 adults and 3 children. Not visited here for some years now and I must admit the place is looking very tired now and in need of some investment. This is a shame as the location, the staff and the building itself is very good. The staff particularly were very welcoming but seems over stretched when more customers came later. As for the food...we ordered from the feed the family for £16 so I will try and balance my thoughts. The portion sizes were quite small but I guess that is the compromise for ordering from the offer menu. The food was ok but largely underwhelming. We paid £5.99 for a boneless SFC to accompany the mains but this came as 3 nugget sized pieces of chicken. Tasted ok but for £2 a nugget is way overpriced. In comparison wetherspoons or hungry horse offer better quality food, larger portions sizes and particularly wetherspoons more value options on drinks. Shame as could be so much better
