About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about The Drawing Rooms; it's this fabulous spot in Bath that's all about embracing that cheeky Georgian spirit with live piano tunes that just light up the room. I love how the pianists take requests and get everyone joining in – it's such a warm, inclusive vibe that makes you feel like you're part of the fun from the moment you walk in. The cocktails are spot on, and pairing them with bar bites or that bottomless brunch on Saturdays sounds like a winner for a relaxed yet lively get-together. The staff really go the extra mile, especially for private dos like birthdays or even weddings, making everything run smoothly so you can just enjoy yourself. On the flip side, though, it's a bit of a shame it's not open every day – only a few evenings a week – which means you might have to plan around that if you're visiting. And with how popular it is, things can get packed, so it's worth sorting out a booking to secure your spot. All in all, it's a cracking place for a night of music and laughs, but keep those limited hours in mind to avoid any letdowns.

Lovely bar with an excellent pianist that took requests and lit up the whole room. I had a great night here as a visitor to Bath, especially with the upstairs karaoke room that was free to use! A super cute space as well.
Tom was absolutely amazing at helping me host my last minute birthday event. He was so kind, helpful and brilliant at getting everything sorted prior to the event - I felt so relaxed knowing everything was taken care of! During my event, all staff were so polite and accommodating (many of my guests mentioned this separately to me too!). Carrie, in particular, was an absolute star! The venue has a brilliant atmosphere and the two piano players were also a highlight to have. 10/10 would recommend!
We had a fantastic time here on a Saturday night. We arrived around 8.30pm and had the chance to listen to a couple of piano players which were amazing. The atmosphere was great! Would definitely come back on my next visit to Bath!
Opening night of a couple of days away in Bath, wandering along from where we had food and were enticed in by the idea of cocktails and the tinkling of piano (and a wonderfully welcoming security guy).
Seated in lovely room listening to a great pianist. Friendly attentive service, knowledgeable bar staff who can produce fantastic drinks both on menu and off.
I cannot quite possibly put into words how much I love The Drawing Rooms!!! So much so that we booked out the whole venue for our wedding party. Tom and the whole team (huge shoutout to Amy who helped from the start all the way to the end of the night, but is no longer there☹️), worked tirelessly to make the event perfect, and that it was! They were so forthcoming with our ideas and nothing was too much trouble. Tom made it clear that we could text or call at any moment if we needed any guidance or help.
My friends and I hung up streamers, swapped out photo frames, rearranged furniture… we hired a jazz band, a DJ, had external catering, the whole thing was perfect!
We took up their offer of doing personalised cocktails and that in itself was a lovely (delicious!!!) experience which was around 6 months ago, and was a huge treat on the night! The team were very professional on the night ensuring the event was seamless.
The karaoke room was a HIT too! I honestly can’t fault this place and the lovely people that work there - they have a true love for the scene and creating memorable experiences. We made fantastic memories that night and we look forward to frequenting for many years!
This hidden gem is finally getting the flowers they deserve, I couldn’t be more pleased! ❤️
