About This Pub

Ah, The Devonshire in Barrow-in-Furness is one of those pubs that just warms your cockles from the get-go. From the reviews, it's clear the staff are an absolute delight, always on hand with a smile and top service that makes you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. The atmosphere is buzzing with that proper pub feel – full of laughter and good times, ideal for sinking a few pints with friends without any fuss. Prices are fair for the quality on offer, so you won't feel short-changed, and it's open all week with flexible hours for whatever takes your fancy. On the flip side, without a website, it's not the easiest to plan ahead, and if you're not in the area, it might take a bit of effort to find. All in all, it's a solid choice for a laid-back evening; I'd say give it a go if you're nearby – you might just end up making it your go-to spot.

Absolutely lovely little boozer. Sam and her staff are so welcoming. Really cheap for great quality beer. Haven’t been for years but the regulars and the staff remembered me. Amazing place.
