Did my 21st birthday in the games room here with a large group of about 60 people. The staff were so accommodating in setting up the event and super helpful throughout the night with all of my guests as well. Would definitely recommend this venue for any large gatherings! One of my favourite locations for a night out! The Den & Terrace always has a wonderfully accommodating atmosphere, so great if you’re not a big party goer. The terrace is beautiful and relaxed, as is the back room which often hosts karaoke or crafts nights for numerous different societies. The pool table doubles up as a large table for groups, or can be removed all together for party hire dance floors. I have had many a great pub quiz night here with my flatmates, and their photo booth is great for capturing the moment. The cocktails are delicious and always go down a treat. Get yourself over here!

I visited this bar in weekday afternoon for watching FIFA World Cup, to enjoy quite time before students come. Nice bar with garden, playroom, many board games….interesting to have ‘ beat the clock’ pricing promotion.
