About This Pub
Ah, The Collaboration – it's one of those spots in Wirral that really stands out for beer lovers, isn't it? From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got this brilliant array of real ales and craft beers that make it a go-to for a proper pint or two. The staff can be absolute gems, like Phil who's always ready with a smile and even looks after the dogs, which is just lovely if you're out with your four-legged friend. It's got a great buzz about it too, especially for events like beer clubs, and being on the high street makes it dead convenient. But, let's be honest, it's not all perfect – it can get proper packed at times, with families and dogs adding to the chaos, turning what could be a relaxed evening into something a bit overwhelming. I've heard a few tales of the barman not being the friendliest, which might leave you feeling a bit short-changed on that warm welcome we all crave. Plus, the prices are a step up, so you might want to keep an eye on your wallet, and that unisex toilet? Well, it's a quirky one that not everyone warms to. Overall, though, if you're up for a lively night with top-notch brews, it's worth a visit – just go in with your eyes open to the highs and lows!

-
Lovely vibe in the place, especially if you're into craft beers or popping in for a beer club

Cons
-
It can get a bit overcrowded and noisy, especially when families and dogs join the mix, making it hard for a quiet catch-up

The unisex toilet is a bit odd and not everyone's cup of tea

Barman spoilt our 1st visit a little as he was quite miserable, def not a warm welcome. We like our real ales but felt we couldn't ask too many questions. All that said we really enjoyed our selected bevvies. Just had the 2 3rds as we only had a £20 on us!.... we didn't get much change out of that!
It can get busy and overcrowded, especially when people decide to bring the family, kids, and dogs included. You can be sat enjoying comfortable conversation one moment, then be deafened by loud chatter the next moment.
Likewise, the unisex toilet is a homage to Corrie. If that's not weird, then you have to cope with the whole pub watching you come and go.
On the plus side, Ales are superb, a fantastic boujie feel, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

A brilliant new pub with a good vibe, located on the Lower Bebington high street, that is dog friendly.
The barman Phil was friendly and helpful, he also brought a water bowl over for the dogs. There are a good selection of beers on offer, with several pint options and lots of 2/3 measure beers.
The interior is well designed, with a funny Coronation Street theme in the loo, and the background music is also excellent. Well worth popping in for a beer or two.
We held our beer club #17 here. Lovely selection of craft beers. Busy but not too busy.
I've been a big fan of the Prost bottle shop a few doors down so was keen to try the new bar. Wasn't disappointed!
Great choice of beer on cask, keg and bottles.
We went before and after visiting the cracking sushi restaurant a couple of doors down.
Although it was busy, we squeezed on to a table and the service was quick.
A great addition to the area....and they have the best toilet decor 😀
