About This Pub

Ah, The Collab – it's one of those places that just feels right for a relaxed evening out. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the team there are absolute stars, bending over backwards to sort out any tweaks to your order and making sure everything's spot on, especially if you're heading off to the theatre. The food's a real highlight; think tasty brunch options and mouth-watering dishes like smash burgers and rum-infused treats that have folks raving. It's got that warm, busy buzz that makes you feel part of the community, perfect for grabbing a bite with friends or a larger group. On the flip side, it's not without its quirks – prices can sting a bit if you're not catching a special, and some have mentioned the portions aren't massive, so you might need to pace yourself or add a side. Overall, it's a solid choice for a good night out in London, as long as you go in with realistic expectations and maybe plan around their operating days.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make you feel at home – it's like chatting with mates behind the bar.
  • The food is absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like the smash burger and fried pickles that leave you wanting more, and they've got a great variety to suit different tastes.
  • It's got a lively, buzzing atmosphere that's perfect for a casual catch-up or a pre-theatre meal, making it feel like a proper neighbourhood gem.
  • Service is quick and flexible, especially if you're in a rush, which is a real bonus for keeping things stress-free.
Cons
  • Portions can be a bit on the smaller side for some, so if you're after hearty servings, you might leave wanting just a little more.
  • Prices are on the higher end, though they do offer specials and pre-theatre deals to soften the blow, it's worth keeping an eye on your wallet.
  • The opening hours seem a tad inconsistent or limited, with it closed on a couple of days a week, which could be a nuisance if you're planning a spontaneous visit.

V friendly staff and the food was yummy. The staff bent over backwards to change things when asked. And it was fast because they knew we were going to the theatre. Some people would wish for bigger portions but they were perfect for us. Good, busy atmosphere.

Greeted by a friendly front of house makes all the difference. Good tasty food albeit a bit pricey if paying full price but they do have some pre-theatre and specials available. Nice vibe

If you're ever in London, you have to check out The Collab! We went with a large group, and Paul, the owner, was so welcoming. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to have a great time. Shout out to Russel too—he was super friendly and knew the menu inside out. They have tons of options, so there's something for everyone. We tried a bunch of dishes, and some real standouts were the double smash burger, mac & cheese, sweet potato fries, and buffalo wings. Everything was so flavorful and cooked exactly how we wanted. The place is perfect whether you're with a group of friends, grabbing a quick bite, or need something that fits your dietary needs. The vibe is cozy and laid-back, making it a great spot for any occasion. Highly recommend you swing by!
