About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about The Cambridge Public House – it's one of those places in Liverpool that just warms you up from the moment you step in. From the reviews, it's clear folks are raving about the staff; they're described as excellent and smiley, really going out of their way to make your visit memorable, which always makes a big difference on a night out. The drinks are a bargain too, with cheap pints that let you stretch your evening without breaking the bank, and there's a nice variety of beers to choose from. The atmosphere strikes a brilliant balance – half studenty, half local – so it's perfect if you're up for a chat over a drink, with music that's lively but not overwhelming. Plus, those outdoor benches are a treat when the sun's out, giving you a bit of fresh air to enjoy. On the flip side, it does come across as a tad quiet in some reviews, which might not thrill you if you're in the mood for something more energetic. Overall, though, it's a solid choice for a relaxed get-together; I'd say give it a go if you're nearby, as it's got that genuine, welcoming charm that makes you want to return.

Cool half studenty, half local feeling pub, excellent, smiley and helpful staff. Can wholeheartedly recommend.
Such a beautiful pub with a beautiful atmosphere— cheap drinks and gorgeous owners- highly recommend xxx💓💓
Not been here for years, probably way before lockdown and wasn't even sure it was still open.
Spoiler alert ,it is! And it's a decent boozer with good beers, service and music on the afternoon we popped in.
Beer garden of sorts on the pavement across the road, plenty there catching some rays.
We will be back.
Great pub, good music and you can have a conversation without shouting!! Danny & Joanne (Managers) are lovely!
Just walking past and thought I'd try it for a pint. Nice quiet pub, plenty of room inside. Good selection of beers. There's a few benches outside for when the weather gets a bit better. Good service at a reasonable price.
