Yet another disappointing, inedible meal. Having decided to try here after 2 terrible visits to my other local sizzling pub, I was served yet more horrible food. I was served have the usual size piece of chicken on my burger. The beef burger itself was also much smaller than any other sizzling pub that I have been to. The burger was also black on one side. 2hrs later and I can still taste nothing but burnt burger. Very, very disappointing. On a positive note, the venue is very clean and beautifully presented. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and polite. 10/10 for customer service. I may chalk this one up to a one-off disaster, and try there again. But my expectations for my chances of nice food will be very low going in.

What a great ‘wet’ boozer. Arrive as a stranger and leave with some great stories from the locals. Deb … a ‘proper’ landlady … friendly, great service, firm, quality!! Wonderful! Thank you to the men who allowed me to join their company … Gary, Jock & Taffy in particular. Ya never know why people arrive in a pub. Happy or sad. I left happy xx

Amazing pub! Friendly staff, friendly punters and the best pint of Guinness in Cramlington! Been here a couple of times and on both occasions had nothing but brilliant service. They have a beer garden with astro turf and the drinks are reasonably priced. Thanks to all the staff at Burton House for a safe and enjoyable experience. A++

This venue is a regular pub. There is a pool table, darts, beer garden. The staff were great and we're on the ball with serving drinks and making sure everyone got served quickly. Good bar to have a drink in before heading into Newcastle. You have both the X8 and X9 pass the pub during an hour.
