About This Pub
So, I've been having a look at The Broadway Bar down in Fulham, and it's got that warm, welcoming pub feel that's just right for a casual get-together or catching the latest game. On the bright side, the atmosphere is spot on – think loads of Chelsea songs blasting out and plenty of screens to keep an eye on the footie, plus a pool table for a bit of fun. The staff come across as genuinely friendly, and there's a good range of beers with some solid food options that folks seem to enjoy. But, let's be honest, it's not all plain sailing; a few people have mentioned the beer quality falling short or prices being a bit eye-watering, especially when you're served in a plastic cup. Then there's the cleanliness – it's a shame to hear about flies and spills lying around, and the toilets are in need of some attention, which could really spoil your visit. All in all, it's worth popping in if you're nearby and fancy a pint, but maybe keep your expectations in check for those little niggles – it's a mixed bag, but the good bits make it a decent choice for a relaxed evening.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The atmosphere is absolutely buzzing, especially during football matches – it's a proper lively spot that gets everyone in the mood.
-
Friendly staff make a real difference; that Irish barman sounds like a gem, always up for a chat and making you feel welcome.
-
They've got a solid selection of beers and the food looks pretty decent, with a kitchen manager who clearly puts in the effort.
Cons
-
Some beers are a bit disappointing in quality, and paying £8 for one in a plastic cup can feel a tad steep.
-
The place can be on the untidy side at times, with issues like flies and spills that put a damper on things.
-
Facilities aren't always up to par – think dodgy toilets that don't lock properly and hand dryers that never seem to work.

Unacceptable experience. We randomly popped in for a quick gin & tonic, and only after the tonic was opened were we told there was no ice and lime. No warning, no option to change the order—just a warm drink served with a shrug. When we asked for a discount (a reasonable request given the situation), we were told “the machine is broken.”
Honestly, if you’re running a bar—even a quiet one—you can walk to any nearby shop and buy a bag of ice for a couple of pounds. There’s no excuse for this level of unpreparedness or poor service. The place was empty and had zero atmosphere to begin with. Poor service, no vibe, and a total lack of care. Highly do not recommend. Smoking are with the bins see the pic.
Walked past after a Chelsea game and noticed this pub was open again. Atmosphere was brilliant and loads of Chelsea songs being played. Can’t say the same for the beer, very poor quality and £8 in a plastic cup is shocking! 😳
Ladies toilets.....doors don't fit so you can't actually close the door....hand dryers have never worked....needs to be sorted out.
Saying that, pub has a good atmosphere and great for watching the footie.
Haven't eaten here so can't comment but food looked good & quite a few eating on my visit.
Recently reopened pub that is a must-see for locals of the area and one you have to visit for football home days. The range of beers are top tier and the Irish barman is one of the friendliest guys I ever met. Food is solid overall with a kitchen manager who clearly cares about his craft, and so many events going on that I’ll be showing my own face here more often then not. Glad to have stopped in and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to visit and have merry time. Under new management this pub is more the worth the visit and then in my eyes is a priority pub in the area to visit they have my repeat custom.
Popped into this bar for a quick drink while the football was on! They had plenty of screens for you to watch whatever was showing and was rather large with a pool table too! Staff seemed friendly!
Despite being quite empty with a lot of staff working, the place was very unclean with flies and spills throughout and sick on the bathroom floors!
It is a little expensive but I guess it’s located close to Stamford bridge and the tube station so if you’re looking for a basic, old-school pub then this may be good enough for you
