Ah, The Bank – it's one of those local gems in Westhoughton that I've heard plenty about from folks who've popped in. From the reviews, it sounds like a proper cosy spot where you can kick back with mates over a pint or tuck into some solid grub without emptying your wallet. The atmosphere really shines through, especially on weekends, with everyone chatting and having a laugh, and the staff are usually spot on, making sure you're looked after nicely. Good pub, great atmosphere, fun time at the weekend and amazing staff

We walked into the BANK on Market st Westhoughton for the first time this evening and one of the 2 x young bar staff, was very rude and then started to grind up against the other member of staff, so much so, another customer also cemented on it stood at the bar and when my partner ordered a double Bacardi and Coke, she wasn’t asked, if she wanted ice or how much coke etc the glass was just placed on the bar, no where near where we were sat, we then had to order another Double Bacardi (neat) The 2 x young bar staff continued to touch each other, whenever they had the opportunity and other customers again commented on this and even said go and tell Mark the Landlord doing the quiz? We just thought we weren’t felt welcome and felt disrespected as new customers and has put us off returning to this establishment.

Went there last night to the bank with me going out and about where I live especially with it being quiet I was pleasantly surprised how busy the bank was and how reasonable the drinks were. I will definitely be there in the next couple of weeks I enjoyed it very very much and it's good to see people on the dance floor dancing the night away
