Lovely bar and restaurant opposite the race course, terrace section is covered with allows for more tables, private dining room also available, food and service were excellent. Prices were ok and a very good selection of beers and wines, it also has a vast beer garden with plenty of benches, cam imaging this place gets very busy when the races are on, well worth a visit if in Chester.
Have been wanting to try this place every time we stayed in Chester. Couldn't fault it such a lovely place and love the daily menu and home cooked dishes. Love the view to the racecourse, will definitely return. I had the fish and chips and my partner had the cheese pie both were delicious.
Absolutely loved the atmosphere, service, and the food. Everything was delicious — especially the cheesecake, it was simply divine! Highly recommend. 💫
What is not to like about this place, the food is outstanding, we have not had one bad experience yet, brilliant food, drink & friendly staff happy to help, also caters for Gluten Free. This is out 3rd visit to this establishment & we will be visiting one more time before we leave Chester, but will return again as soon as we can book another trip to the area.

I cannot thank the Architect enough! We had one of my friend’s hen party dinners with you and we were so impressed. I dropped off a few decorations the day before and when we arrived, we were shown to our private room and everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond. As always, the food and drinks were amazing and such great quality. Thank you for a perfect evening!
