We arrived an hour early due to a change in circumstances, and the staff were very kind to seat us right away. Everything was clean, and the staff were polite. We were able to change my daughter's meal; the menu stated it came with peas, but we switched it to beans. All three meals were served hot. While we waited, my daughter went outside to the play area.
The only downside was the long wait between courses, and our server didn’t inform us how long the wait would be. However, I noticed that the customer next to us was told by their server that there was a 35-minute wait for their food, so it would have been nice to be informed as well.
My wife our dog, Molly, and I had a lovely lunchtime meal, Bank Holiday Monday. Friendly courteous staff, especially the lady supervisor, who gave Molly a biscuit, when we left for behaving herself, which she always does, just lays under the table. Food was very good, with no issues, and staff checked if everything was OK, so attentive. Overall experience was very good, and would definitely go back when we are in the area. Many thanks to all staff.
Wonderful atmosphere, great service, tasty food 😋
Took whole family for our wedding anniversary lunch and everyone left with happy bellies 😊
Jamie took great care of us, thank you so much ❤️
Took my 94 mother in law her best friend and my daughter yesterday, we had a a food, it was hot tasty and with two menus to choose from, affordable. Service was really good.
First time coming here since we moved to Lowestoft, and although it's a little pricey, the food and service were immaculate.
I ordered the Beer Battered Fish and Chips, a pub classic, and it tasted fantastic. Not to mention, the portion sizes were very generous, too.
We spent just over £50 for 2 starters and 2 mains and a couple of drinks each. It's definitely not the cheapest around, but the service and food more than make up for this.
Overall, I'll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
