A great place to go for lunch. Food is great and not expensive. The bar staff are very friendly especially holly who makes you feel part of the furniture and gives a 5 star service. Thank you
Fantastic Experience at The Queen’s Head, Uxbridge
After a busy shopping trip, we stumbled upon The Queen’s Head in Uxbridge — and what a brilliant find it was! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Mani, who was exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and helpful, instantly making us feel at home.
We ordered the roast chicken, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. It arrived promptly, was freshly cooked, piping hot, and wonderfully juicy — not a hint of dryness. The portion size was just perfect, satisfying without being overwhelming. What stood out even more was the genuine care and attention from the staff. Not only did Mani check to make sure everything was to our liking, but the chef, Taylor, also came out personally to ask if we were happy with our meals — a lovely touch that you don’t often see.
The pub itself is in a fantastic location, just a 30-second walk from the High Street, making it super convenient. With great food, wonderful service, and a warm atmosphere, we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.
Their lovely and generous service always makes the taste of food better. And let me pay. I do want to recommend this place to anyone I know, and honestly the customers in the place are also lovely.
Loveliest place for a Sunday roast. I always come here with my friends and have a great time. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, plus the menu has lots of options. The Sunday roast is the best I have ever had and their vegetarian option is great too. If I have to pick a restaurant for a Sunday meal, this is defintely my first option! Great job ❤️

This is the best pub in Uxbridge as per our opinion. It has the quaint charm that can make one relax and enjoy a pint and a warm meal.
As the name suggests, the pub is filled with images of Anne Boleyn’s head, a clear nod to the tragic fate of the queen, whose head was involuntarily separated from her body.
Moving on to the food—while most of it was good, the bao was a bit disappointing. We were expecting the traditional steamed buns, but instead, we were served baked baos, which didn’t quite hit the mark.
Overall we will come here again but won't order any food that is some kind of fusion food. This is a must visit.
