Stayed for a couple of nights, easy access to West Bridgford for a great choice of restaurants. Reception staff were super friendly and ordered a taxi for us. A special mention to Angelika who went out of her way to help my partner store medication which had to be kept refrigerated, for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much Angelika for going over and above. The only feedback is that on the 1st night we ate in the pub next door and realised on check out that there were discount cards on the reception desk, that we missed seeing. Apart from that another good stay at Premier Inn.
Great place as a base of operations for a visit to Nottingham.
Easy to get to and lots of car parking spaces.
Ir had its own on site resturaunt for breakfast (which was continental and full English is desired).
There is also a Greene King pub next door for evening meals.
Rooms are spacious and quite...just what is needed for a good night's sleep after a long day.
Sadly this is an old premier inn. The room smelt mouldy, this came from the bathroom but pervaded the bedroom. The bedside lights didn't work, so it wasn't bright enough to read. The sheets were stained with black marks, and the shower was luke warm and was a weak flow. It was an expensive two nights, definitely not worth the money.
Great room, clean throughout, comfy bed so had quite a good nights sleep. Reception was efficient, informative and courteous. The cooked food at breakfast was fresh, hot and fast. , compliments to the chef! overall I am impressed with the exceptional service, I will be back if in the area again. Absolutely exemplary service. The rooms were immaculate and clean, the staff went above and beyond in every way. One night staff member did something so incredibly kind for me during my stay and I can’t thank her enough.
Unlimited continental breakfast was wonderful. As many pastries, cereals, bowls of porridge, fruit etc as you could eat. Kitchen and breakfast room staff were also extremely polite and helpful.
